Great place to stay for a trip to Ottumwa. Adequate breakfast with a lot of hot/cold dishes. Favourable location near restaurants and shopping. Also - near to the grocery store and Ottumwa for a couple days for work and a mall right next to Hy-Vee...

The pool was unexpectedly closed , a huge letdown given the online descriptions highlighting it as a family-friendly area. Our room had some issues. The bathroom door didn't open fully, definitely not ideal for an accessible room. The breakfast spread left much to be desired, with limited options and a messy waffle batter dispenser, made preparing breakfast a hassle.
